Responding to reviews using AI has long been a feature within the Merchant Center. However, you can now also choose to use an informal, personal tone (addressing the customer as "you") and incorporate the reviewer's username when generating your response.

Simply select multiple shops you want to compare yourself to, set the desired time interval, and conveniently monitor your individual comparison view via personalized dashboards.
When styling your tabs, highlight the selected tab by giving it a color that differs from your unselected tabs, so that it's easy for your visitors to navigate.
One Login, Multiple Shops: The Multishop Feature
Do you operate multiple online shops—for instance, with different brands, domains, or target audiences? If so, you are surely familiar with the hassle of constantly switching between accounts, managing passwords, or duplicating processes.
With the Multishop feature, that is a thing of the past! From now on, you can manage all your shops within the Merchant Center using just a single central login—quickly, clearly, and efficiently.
To do this, simply add the additional shop via the selection menu located at the top left of the Merchant Center. The corresponding shop merely needs to confirm this request via email.
